Raise flop, I'd fold river I think. He's never betting worse for value and you have blockers to most "draws". Miiiight be a split but that's pushing it.

4bet preflop. As played, raise flop. As played, I'd fold the river.

i usually 4bet pre or raise flop, but i fold river unless hes a complete monkey retard who bets every street every hand (there are actually a decent amount of these guys around)
