Its really hard to put him on a hand and its definitely possible he's making a move with a nine or a weak queen since ur hand looks 1-pairish but I think I would need a little proof that he's capable of making this type of play before i put in a call.

Depends on opponent i can go either way, when i bet river like this i probably lead toward a call against a lot of players, there just arn't many hands he can play like this that have you beat on the river, but it looks like you can valuebet pretty light so yea
