Has anybody had any luck with a wire transfer from Stars or FTP?
Did you receive any phone calls from the bank regarding the wire? If so, what?
How long did it take?
Thanks for the help! |

goes in about 5 days for me, no calls, used both FTP and Stars, FTP was a couple days quicker. Although I did have to send in verification (I.D, recent utility bill) for stars |

I withdrew like 100 from stars about .... 7 days ago, got the money 2 days ago.
[Edit: maybe it wasn't a wire transfer... I did the option where they deposit the money into my bank account] |

Yeah the only issue with the wire transfer is you have to pay a rather annoying amount to withdraw, so it only makes sense for fairly large amounts imo (like $5000+). For the rest checks should work a lot better seeing as they are free. Yeah I know there was that thing recently with Stars where some checks bounced, but it's really not a big deal. They put the money back into the accounts and even refunded me the bounced check fee my bank charged me. I doubt this is something you'd have to deal with more than one maybe two times a year if you withdraw a lot. |
