With 150bb stacks I'd say limp it and don't put many chips in the pot unless you hit 2p+.

Preflop I limp sometimes and fold sometimes, but raising is a spew imo. And if you're playing A3s, you want to hit a straight/flush draw etc, as Artanis said, don't put a lot of chips unless you hit at least 2p. So I check the turn. As played-fold.

ye limping pre is fine if you only put in any chips when fd or 2 pair hits, but no point in raising. when you do raise pre, betting flop is alright, but turn needs to be checked behind, as played fold.
