Shoved worked this time, but i think its maybe a bit OTT. This is beyond the rebuy period now, correct? To extract more value from FDs or pairs here, i like raising to 7.5k-8.5k or so.

Sure there is always that chance of people sucking out on you, but you shouldnt freak out and shove flop with set here. Alot of people will just fold and u loose out on a ton of value. All though this example completely proves me wrong

but if i just raise to 7k i let them call me cheap. what if the flush hits and they push just so standard, and yes its beyond the rebuy periode (kind of obv with the high blinds )

also the shove was trying to look like a scared small FD, because some of theese players are quite lose and might have called with AJ or something

I love the over shove even if it is after the rebuy period ppl are still on crazy monkey shove mode. Well done imo

Well then it seems you read the players well at the table. But in "general" i dont think you should be getting worried about being sucked out on. More how to gain as much chips as possible. In essence you did this here because you felt they were going to call.

So, WP

Oh and also, if you do get caller from your raise, your shoving the turn.

if i was new to the table and didn't recognize any names i'd probably limp this tbh, also i like a big c/r, but not all in.

I don't like the shove. You got lucky because one guy had bottom set and the other made (imo incorrect) call with a flush draw.

In the meantime, hands like QJ, JT would probably fold to your shove (because you're so deep), while they would probably pay you off if you just raised.
