its good that u are posting here to try and improve your game but instead of posting loads of really misplayed hands try reading some basic poker strategy first

I dont think a Raise is bad here, however shoving all in probably isnt the best choice, I mean in lower buy-in tournaments it may work if they hit the jack, and beleive no way possible you posess a Q. IMO I would have MIN raised the flop, checked the turn to bait a bet, and if that fails, a 2x-3xbb bet on the river would be a good one, depending if the next 2 cards are blanks. I understand you probably didnt want a suck out, but regardless the odds are in your favor, so I would have definatly played it slower. However- You won the pot, which is good, but you could have made it alot more profitable.

having 2 flush draws pre-flop gives you heaps of chance of winning
