Need help making banner

I need someone who can make a banner at 468 x 60 size of my friend congratulating John Phan on his POY award. The banner needs to include my friend's pic:

Ok ok ok this is what we need, I'll give back story / why we are doing this later if someone can deliver me this:

Rotating banner, first banner has a picture of John Phan asking "All-in in the dark?"
Next banner has picture of my friend saying "No"
Flip back to first banner, then another flip back to the second banner, then a final flip to the first banner
Then have the banner with my friend say "Sigh... ok fine."
Final banner should be this:



/repeat
