Carbon Poker Cashout Problems

Hi there.

i made a withdrawl at carbon poker and after 3 days i got an email:

Your NETeller withdrawal xxxxx for $xxx has been declined due for the following reason:

----------------------------------
Insufficient funds for payout.

The thing is, that i have enough funds on my carbon account!
I used the carbon livechat and asked what happend!

they told me this:
CS : its means that the funds allocated for your withdrawal is insufficient on our end. In that case, we already notified our cashier to make the necessary arrangements in this case.
CS : they will review the said transaction and manually process it.
CS : Please wait 48 hours for the response of the cashier.
CS : As much as we want to process the said transaction, we don't have the tools for this, only the cashier can manually process it.

someone else with that problem? i didnt had such a problem before with carbon poker. do i have to worry about it?

hmm this is why i try not to play these shady sites anymore and prefer getting assraped at stars, hey at least it's safe and secure ( my losses )

Got some problem with their withdrawal, but mine is due to verification stuff. Some documents that need to be provided. Just a common problem.
