Villain is a reg. Folds to flop bet about 1/2 the time and flop aggro frequency of 46% over a good sample. Do we shove or fold. If fold, would it become a shove if we held Ac instead of Kc?

ez fold. If you had Ac it completely changes the hand/his range and becomes ez push.

hes also never folding any hand hes raising here... ever. its just a simple question of your equity against his range - run some pokerstove

I don't understand how villain can have a hand here that is both -ev to call against and -ev to shove against

does villain raise flop with AcJx?

Grindin so hard, Im smashin pussies left and right.

Right, I'm not saying continue in the hand, but this isn't really a discussion people just have no idea how to assign ranges and figure out how your hand plays against that range, its like 80%+ of discussion's have simple arithmetic solutions. People just have no idea how to use the tools avaliable to them

why would you just flat with AcKs? What other hands would you flat on this spot? your shoving almost all the hands u dont mind felting here.. I think by flatting the flop your burning money being out of position. majority of the turn cards your check folding the turn

I said against this particular guy I would prefer to just call based on pot odds and slight implied odds, because his range is mainly sets and things he is not folding so shoving wouldnt make sense as we have no FE high % of the time, my read of him might be off tho so I dunno, but Im pretty sure shoving here is -EV.

so you never raise cbets here? i think raise/folding here is perfectly fine because unless we have Ac, were going to be thinking either shit fold or yay we've got the nuts, and both responses completely turn our hands face up, making it easy for him to play.

and based on that above, I don't think shoving is a very reasonable option
