| | I am almost sure the shorty was going to shove, since he's pretty good and wouldn't raise/fold like that. |
That normally doesn't compute with me as I give shorties very little respect, but I respect your posts so I am assuming you have some reads here other than 17/15. Problem is that the way you have portrayed the situation I don't think any other play makes sense. You are expecting the shorty to shove and want to see if the 3bettor has the nuts. If you didn't have the read on the shorty I would 4bet to about $15 to close out the AQ/AJ etc that either might hold but it seems you played this based on reads and could probably play it no other way...so wp.... |

Well the main reason is the shorty very aggro from the blinds, button and cutoff, and will squeeze often. However, I don't assume he'll open something he has the intention of folding from past the cutoff. Of course I'm not folding QQ to him, but that was just my assumption. |

Fair enough - makes sense and therefore I think you had no choice but to play as played. |

Call would be good if in position. But maybe here is best also, it gives chance to the shorty to shove, chase out the 3bettor and give you his money. If both call it will be bad though. 3way oop in 3bet pot... dont know. |

the best is you open aces shorty flats. reg 3bets you flat shorty shoves and barely reopens then reg iso shoves 99 |

Lol fair enough - didnt think it was like you to worry about that call!!
I think the flat as played is fine in 3 way. If it was just you and shorty then shove, as you say the rest plays itself |

I'm 4betting, getting the moneyz in preflop vs this kind of 3bettor - small sample but seems stupid enough to shove 88+,AQs+... |
