I'd bet maybe $4-5 on flop and shove turn.
You should bet more cause of a straight draw and flush draw out. |

Turn isn't a good card against his range but you are still way good to get it in here given the stack sizes. |

and yeah I would say bet more on the flop because anything that is calling a bet is probably calling a close to pot bet as well and it makes it easier for you to get it in before the board gets worse and stuff. Standard cooler. |

Can you explain this? It seems to me that the turn card is only bad Vs AQ/QQ which is a small part of his range? Every other option this is not a bad card at all given board texture?
Agree about betting more on flop. |

Once he has checked the turn I definitely put him on QhQc here so I don't see why you would even bet the turn. Check behind and fold river as played.
(bet slightly more on flop so that you have properly sized bets in relation to the pot. this way u can get your stack in the most effective way in general which should be your plan: bet flop, get it in on any turn. basically you played this fine just don't be scared to bet bigger if you're all-in anyways) |

WTF - I usually like your posts TallyHo but I don't get this soul read? How can you put him on QhQC??? He is a short stack who could surely do this with anything from JJ+ to AQ/AK? How can you fold river to that bet (as played)? |

well, if he had the Qd he'd most likely c/r flop with his draw so I put him on { QhQc }. as for the river... I mean... what is pot odds anyways? if you have a read you gotta go with it. a man's gotta know when he's beat, so whats the point of calling? I might have bet the turn to be 100% sure that he has the ladies you know but Im gonna muck this to any further action.
