oh yeah and, seriously consider 3betting preflop. yeah. :O

I think sometimes it is okay to flat pre (although I would recommend 3betting it) but you need to get it in on the turn. You should never allow a free card here.

I would 3bet preflop, especialy at 10nl to avoid having a bunch of people in the pot. Make a potsize bet on turn due to the double suited board and sets up a nice potsize bet on river...
