With no info, after you check the flop i think you mostly just have to c/c yourself all in. You're probably better off 3 betting a polarized range at first until you build up a dynamic where you can comfortably get all in here imo.

i hate checking this flop b/c your opponent is usually going to assume you have some sort of showdown value and therefore not bluff

id just cbet and take it from there
