I'm mixing it up here, basically I'm trying to induce opponent to bluff maybe once on the flop and then shutdown, while by not betting out I also save myself from seeing a flop raise.

On the turn I went for the check-call again just cuz i didnt feel I could rep many bluffs and so there really wasnt much value in betting out or checkraising.

also i think your line is fine on flop/turn, i def think c/c is best line on turn after you c/c'd flop

Hmm if you take this line(c/c to let him bluff),then you should always call this river.

But if you feel uncertain about the river decision-given the stack size(almost 100b left on river)-and the fact that comes quite dangerous for your hand card, then push the turn,Imo.
There is already almost 100b pot on turn, so it is not going to be bad if you take it there.

gruzerz   Bulgaria. Oct 14 2008 06:07. Posts 291

+ the fact that you are OOP on the river, which sux.Even if it is balnk and you check again,he may check back some 2pairs/pair + fd/overpair and u get no more value.
And if you push the blank river he can throw them away either.

I like how u play the flop and turn, but I prefere c/r on the turn
if u c/r flop you turn your hand face up ,but alot of rivers(like this one) are very bad ,and as gruzerz said you'r gonna be oop on the riv ,and he probably gonna check that riv
btw sick river spot

i think his range after river bet = 20% Hands he can turn into bluff (22-44 , AQ , (dont know if he can have AJ,AK) , 20% monster draw type hands (JT , JQcc , Axcc...etc..) 50% sets ( 66...99...7777...88...) 5% suited connectors with a 7 that just boated 5% big pairs trying to value town smaller pairs

mostly sets thought because sets can easy value bet the turn get you to fold alot and people wont usually shove even if they have a T there on turn.....theres like very few hands that i vision being turned into bluffs....neat spot though....

20% bluffs? hell no, if he bluffed the flop, he should be bluffing turn and river nearly 100% of his range.

but as people were saying, dereks a bit nitty

He's capable of a cheap flop stab thinking im just check/folding overcards, but i really dont see him throw big bluffs out there very often.
