I think betting on turn is very villian dependant but calling the river seems like a spew, looks like a blocking bet with QK or something

Do you think he's value betting worse on the river ? this is the spewest spew ever you're rarely good here.

I think the flopplay is very dependent on what image you have of him.

i'm cbetting that flop every time with the backdoor draws out there and checking the turn behind regardless of if i pick up the draw, barring the 8c/Jc. folding missed river to a decent bet.

the more important question is, if river is 2x will he bet?

pre/flop/turn is fine, now fold river. If you want some variance you can try and shove over his blocker and get him to lay down Qx, but you never have any showdown value here, because nothing gets to river that doesn't pair, 2pair, have you outkicked or make a straight.

I think the turn is spewy on this hand, let alone the river. You have almost zero fold equity against anything that called the flop, it's usually going to be some kind of OESD, which probably isn't folding, FD, which isn't folding, pair + FD or pair + oesd, let alone top pair.. When you two-barrel here it's going to be incredibly unprofitable in the long run because not only are you not folding out hands that called the flop, but you have very low equity against most of them as well.

The river is just plain bad, what are you hoping he has here?
