The guy is huge caling station most of the times he c/c 3 str with tp
is it ok to fold to the turn bet because I didn't saw such ''high'' (lol) agression from him and I probably draw to 3 outs or I'm dead in da water

this is completely player dependant... I've seen fishes c/minir on flop and lead turn weak with flush draw or total air and I've seen them do it with sets.
His turn bet is pretty small so maybe I would call and try to get a cheap showdown and write a note about him.

fish love to c/minraise weak hands on the flop and draws, they keep firing on turn (usually small if they got nothing, if they got something they fire big) so yea, easy calldown i think and you should already know how he plays his hands by now w/ 800 hands as database!
