blocker with a small two pair or a strong one pair hand sometimes? Shoud i call yes getting good odds? thoughts

i think your runnin into a poorly played flush here most of the time or his straight got there maybe???...i usually call and let him show me the flush and make a note

flush or a straight

stnd fold

i prefer 110 - 180 on turn though, you're rarely beaten and there are so few hands that he'll call 80 but fold 130

Eh, I can go a few more orbits in life, before taxes blind me out - PoorUser

wuuut

don't you want him to call with weaker hands (draws) on the turn??? betting to make him fold is dumb when you're ahead and more important, in position. Once he frontbets like this it's an easy muck

Totally disagree with you here. Betting 80 is totally fine.

On and not to mention that this is pot limit.

What Corwin meant is that villain will call 80 or 130 with about the same range in that spot, so its better to make it more pricey.

But yea I dont get it how can you bet 130 in a PLHE game when the pot is 116

I also think betting more on turn here is better, would make it like 95-105. River you are probably beat a lot of times, but the odds are pretty good, so I think calling is not completely out of question, still I agree that this should be a standard fold.

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)
