As played I think its a call especially without any history. Most people never c/r this river for value. Looks like some random bluff or AK to me.

why would you be always behind? When you hit a flush arent you supposed to act like you have the best hand (when there are 3 cards of the flush on the community board) and have the nutz when there are 4?

the fact that mrherrn opened from UTG makes this more of a call imo (tighter range, more likely to have AK/AA or smth) and since the Ad fell, it excludes a lot of potential suited combinations.

If villain is advanced enough to make some sick bluff or actually check/raising a flush on the river (which I think he frontbets) I guess fold is standard but I wouldn't hate a call either. If he does have a higher flush he played it really weird. I'd probably be like what and call.
