i dunno, am i supposed to fold this somewhere? it was 38/8/2 so basically a very passive fish

in particular after i 3bet the flop he insta clicked raise again

can somebody please instruct me on how to come about the decision to fold and how to bet size this keeping in nl25 terms?

can i somehow take advantage of the fact he keeps min raising and min him back or something to see his strength? o_O

I lose buy-ins in this spot every time. I shove every time.

hmm donks that minraise scream a lot of strength, since a minraise from them usually indicates that they want to keep you in the hand, though it is player dependent.
but against a 38/8/2, i'm very happy to get my stack all in on this flop, he may have a set from time to time, you have outs against two pair, and it's just so draw heavy that i can't see myself flatting and giving him a cheap turn card

the result is that he showed two pair and held (q4o, sigh) but. i really think we have to remove 100% of draws from his range when he plays back at me at all? idk

yeah usually they want to keep you in the hand
they love playing fit or fold, but that's the thing, usually if they fit, you fit better
and next time he'll go broke against you
