I really don't think there's a bad amount to bed in 1. 150-160++ ?
second is really read-dependent. is he a regular? is this the first time he flats one of your 3bets? does he think the original raise is loose, or is there any particular circumstance between them? I think if it's the first time this happens, it's okay to pitch it, but if he has been active recently I think there are lots of semibluffs that are a part of his range. if he's a tight player I'd prolly toss because 88 TT make up such a greater part of his range |

2nd hand you are %1000000000000 beat. Unless he is absolutely retarded who you have seen making random moves in reraised pots.
1st hand is an EZ bet 170. |

first one looks like an easy bet, simply for the sake that a check might kill your action(Q, K, possibly 8,7 @riv) or own you (pair the board). second is read dependant, hes advertising the nuts though(as in 88/tt), or a draw which you flip against(AQss/AJss/QJss?) |

this
and first hand is an easy bet. Lots of rivercards can kill your action or beat you when the board pairs or if a spade comes and someone has A-hi flush draw or something. Just bet now that you have the best hand and hope one of them comes along. I'd bet something like 125$ though so the river becomes a no-brainer shove but it gives them some illusion that they have outs/pot odds with hands like QJ/AJ/JT whatever. |

Hand 1 is a std textbook bet, at least one of them is on a draw and you want to charge them on the turn because many rivers kill your hand or your action.
Hand 2 it sucks because the pot is so big, but it comes down to what this guy thinks of you, if he thinks you are weak and will fold a lot here its a call, if you are unknown to him or have no history together Id be more inclined to fold. |

1st hand I bet like $140-150, I never check there.
2nd hand I'm probably not folding, there's a lot of draws out there that opponent would raise with. |
