Pokerstars VIP status

What's your vipstatus and what's normal for example NL25, NL50 and NL100?
I know it depends on how much u play, but lets say 20K hands a month.

If you're a relatively low-volume player like 20k, I'd expect to be Goldstar at NL50 and Platinumstar at NL100. It's been too long since I played NL25 so I couldn't tell you if it's practical to expect Goldstar there with that few hands.

thats about right and if you put in more gold star is not that hard to obtain

im on nl25 currently and im gold star, i think i can easily achieve platinum playing on nl25 (i 6 table usually)

Supernova is easy for any ps-only grinder and its worth it.

supernova now, and i havent played that many cash game hands. from a looootttt of mtts and some sngs

What about 35k - 40k hands a month?

If you can maintain platinum star every month you'll make it to supernova before the end of the year

mm i was supernova last year pretty easily. but i hardly play any cash games anymore so im only goldstar now. 65k VPPs though so if i play a bit im sure i could make nova if i wanted to.

And what kind of stuff do u usually buy from your VPP's?

lol @ the calculator. I know nl25 you average .11 VPPs per hand and at nl50 it's .19 VPPs per hands. Platinum is 10k VPPs/month so:

52,631 hands at nl50
90,909 hands at nl25

This is obviously approximate but I have found the numbers to be pretty close.

i plug in wobbly's numbers and I'm getting 1 million FPPs a month.

I had to do 45k hands @ NL50 to make platinum. The jump from goldstar to platinum is huge compared to silver to gold.

And I did a lot of 12-16 tabling in there. 6 tabling NL25 you'd have to play an insane amount of hours to make platinum in a month.

it took me 13,7k to do silverstar at NL25 6max in the last 4 days.
