ugh, these spots tilted me today. Thoughts?


Hand 1

Just sat down and first hand with villain.

villain is 27/22/inf 23.1% 3bet over 37 hands.

He insta-fires every street

i guess u can fold turn hand 1. quick betting would indicate he has a plan - most likely an overpair that hes potting 3 streets on?
if u think hes competent enough to give u credit for a set, u could raise turn but thats commiting.

hand 2, without any post flop reads i'd just fold and wait for a better spot. cant see him doing this with any weaker ace other than a scared 2 pair

Thanks for the input. It seems so much easier to analyze the hands objectively now that the tilt is gone.

I don't think villain would have folded in hand 1 if I raised flop or turn. Folding on turn sounds best.

i said earlier he should fold... i was replying to his spoiler on the results and consequently think he should search and destroy this guy because hes clearly a station

Hand1 : Raise flop
Hand2 : Push or fold, I'd push, this guy plays too many hands and will show up most of the time with a weaker ace and almost never with a 3, two pairs are in his range but we still have outs. But if it's the first time he overbets then i'd probably fold and wait a better spot.
