Hello.
I have just tried searching for something but no luck - can anyone help?
Im interested to know what various ranges look like for different types of player at 6max tables as i think it would further help with making correct decisions against them...
Or is there a way of working it out? (i know peoples ranges vary but would be nice to have a rough reference as to what people are likely raising and in what positions etc ... )
Thanks You.
Moz.

Through observation of the blogs at lp I know only one that is very well defined:
24/20/5 = blogposting brag during hot run aggrofish sooner or later turning to swingwhining tiltbitch |
|
| My work is of high quality, cheap and fast. Pick only two of those though. | |

This is taken from the guide that was mentioned earlier (By Ryan Fee):
Range:
22+ (all pairs)
ATs+ (meaning ATs, AJs, AQs, AKs) (s meaning suited)
AJo+ (meaning AJo, AQo, AKo) (o meaning offsuit)
98s+ (meaning 98s, T9s, JTs, QJs, etc)
KQo
KQs
KJs+ (KJs and Aqs [which was already covered]) (meaning suited 1 gappers)
He wrote this as a standard TAG UTG range which is about 13% of hands. From here just add hands in pokerstove and voila. |

I think going by PFR alone is terrible usually, if he steals a lot say 40%+ but his PFR is like 13% then you might end up giving him credit way more than you should when he opens from late position |

i saved this long time ago .. not sure if it's good
VPIP:
<15% - Very tight - playing premium only in EP (probably JJ+ and AK) and only slightly opening up in late position.
15-22% - Generally tight. Would tend to have a slightly larger opening raise in EP (I like to note if these players raise all pocket pairs in EP) and a much wider range for late position.
22-30% - Semi-loose. These guys are probably opening all pairs UTG as well as hands like ATs and perhaps even suited broadways. They are raising a wide range most of the time in late position.
30-40% - Loose. These guys are playing too many hands in and out of position generally.
40%+ - Very loose. Not much more of a description needed ? these guys are basically playing all manner of trash.

yea morph i wouldnt go by this, i dont think its a very good description, because i play 15-22% and generally play looser then the 22-30 description, like i open all AT, suited brodways from mid pos, and a huge range on the button.
either that or i just run bad at getting good cards : / |
