villain is pretty straightforward player preflop that plays 23/18 with a 3.8% 3bet, so he coldcalls a few too many hands and doesn't really balance his range well by coldcalling some of his better hands. He plays kind of bad postflop imo.

5h 10/20 2k stacks

I raise UTG 66 /w AdQh, villain coldcalls on button.

flop is Jc, Td, 4h

I bet 120, he raises 360, I called 240

I usually just give up my hand in a spot like this but against this type of player who will never have TT or JJ here since he will 3bet those 100% of the time, also his coldcalling range which consists of a lot of hands like AT,KJ,QJ,QT will float me almost always on this flop not raise. So I have his range down to hands like KQ,Q9 being the most likely and K9,98,97,JT,44 also being in his range so I just called.

turn is 4d

Now this is practically the best turn card for me since it's very unlikely he has 44 and even if he has JT it's hard for him to bet into me since he would be saying fuck my life when I cr his life but at the same time I don't think he would double barrel a straight draw which is most of his range and if he checks behind I would be giving him a free card.

pot is $882 and I have $1728 remaining

So what do you guys think is the best line here?

yeah that seems bad

honestly its probably pretty close between, C/C, C/F, and C/RAI

I think I might actually like CRAI best, it insures u wont be be bluffed out, and u get some 1 pair bluff hands to fold

i dunno if think he flats with most tp hands on the flop and doesnt bet his draws on the turn, then c/r is horrible
if hes the straightforward type that would be too pussy to push a draw over your turn lead then a lead here is great imo

I don't think hes really barreling THIS particular turn. C/F IMO.

3.8% pf 3 bet is extremely low... and actually he probably doesnt 3bet TT ip.

I think it is very likely that JJ/TT are still in his range with 3.8% 3bet, like baal says, i also agree w/ NF that c/fing the turn seems best, u have some weird reads on the flop and i think you're reading into this situation way too much. problem is he will often check behind turn w/ 44 JJ TT JT KQ 98 etc so if he checks back you still have no clue where u are in the hand, seems pitching the flop was the clear play to me

well it's like I said he just isn't very creative or good postflop and against most good players I would almost always just muck it on the flop but found this spot interesting vs his kind of player.

Maybe his 3bet % is a bit off on my hud since i just started a new database but he will never coldcall JJ/TT that's for sure maybe its more like 4.5-5%
