advice i was just given on mtt bankroll
Somewhere between 50-100 buyins would be useful.
You can also throw in smaller field tournaments to reduce variance. Play some sngs, 18man, 45man 180man tournaments as well as the bigger mtt ones.
Obviously the smaller the field the more likely you are to cash/win but the winnings will be smaller.
Can find a healthy balance and play a nice mix |

furthermore, is there a specific amount of money u should use @ a time. for instance, say one has a 3k BR, but plays a bunch of tourneys that account for like 200-300 bux a day, is there a point @ which they should move down or not play as much volume in tourney buyins @ a time/day? |

idk if there is a basic correct way to decide what to do for MTT BR management. I like to never spend more than 10% of my roll in any one day on tournament buy ins. That pretty much only applies on sundays, but it's still a generally good rule i think to keep from overextending yourself. |

100 bi's at the minimum, include smaller stuff to reduce variance. The variance in MTT's is unbelievable. |
