This guy is like 13/11 but like 36% attempt to steal so I can win a lot of pots from him preflop. Also if he happens to call a 3bet and i flop big with trash he is usually going to have a big hand... thus this

I put him for the most part on an overpair and felt that overjamming the turn gets max value. Some bad rivers can hit that hurt my action or own my hand and by shoving I can look like AK bluff or something.

nice, i like your logic and hes gonna tilt after shit like this that to him makes you look fishy but in reality the rr preflop is +++ev in terms of restealing and real implied odds if you do hit 2-pair/straight/flush

I'm curious too, I thought pokerstars no limit went from 10NL to 25NL...
