Hi All - my flatmate is moving out and I need a new one til like the end of the year. 2 bedroom place in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches of Sydney rent is between $165-185 a week. I have ADSL 2 already set up for grindaments. I also fully endorse the send in treatment. If you don't know what that is then you aren't a viable tenant.

woot, pretty high rent. is that standard? rents only $60 per week where I am (which is why i'm semi -pro on NL50 lolzers)
I'm happy where I am at the moment, but in future i'd like to live with other poker players and i would like to go to aus 8D

I absolutely laugh at whoever is the 2nd guy.
That actually reminds me of a story a friend told me about his hockey team. He plays junior B or some shit league, and they're all real bone head players, all dumb shits. So they have this party, mostly a sausage fest with a few girls apparently. Everyone gets completely smashed, the party host, all the guests, just everyone. They take this girl into a closet, put a paper bag over her head and one by one they have their way with her; yeah that's right, the entire fricken hockey team. Gives new meaning to the term "send in." Anyways the party host gets it in last, and once he finishes, he takes off the paper bag from the girls head and low and behold... it's his younger sister.
