Thought process is as follows:

Flop: less likely that he has AT, since I have TT. I don't want to push away a set, but I don't want him to think I have AT (so I can get value on later streets).

Turn: looks like he has AT, although he might have JJ, QQ, KK. I think it looks like I also have a set, JJ, QQ, or KK. If river bricks I hope he checks and I vbet. If river pairs and he checks, I bet as a bluff against AT. I'm likely folding if he leads river.

River: his check makes me think he has AT, pretty sure he's vbetting fullhouse. I think I have a very strong image. Go ahead and bluff, or do you think I get looked up too often?

i think i bluff more if i have have bare 10-9, and i think i bluff less if he is trickier. however, i don't think checking behind is such a bad play as often our hand is good, unless he is a nit and A10 is a huge part of his range here and he folds it a ton.

It might not always be worth it to bluff here because as North says your hand might be good, but if you don't have history with villain it might be worth it to bluff here just to make a note on whether he checks the FH or folds the NS.

If your hand is good that much... thin value bet? +Tilt value when he thinks you think you're betting a monster rather than making a thin value bet.

But I'm guessing that isn't relevant to this specific situation; from the way the question is asked, it sounds like you checked and felt like you missed a bluff when he showed ATxx.

Or maybe he turned over something like KQT9 and you're regretting chopping instead of stealing the whole pot, although if he took this line with that hand, I am thinking he is checking and calling the river (he does have blockers to your possible boat). Need more history info on player IMO, but in general I like making thin value bets.
