I like your overall line, as for the river, is the guy a competant player or does he pay off with queens here? You can very well play AA/AK the same way (+ shoving river) so a good player would snap fold a river shove, checking behind is good imo as he could be trapping himself.

i like a check behind and take a note.

I dont think you can valuebet river tbh, if you check down and he shows QQ its not a big deal imo.

Actually he might have KK too so you can bluff him off the chop, so maybe river shove is good.
