Should I have bet the turn once more in this spot, or just give up when my cont. bet fails?

i think barrelling a blank turn is alright if someone calls flop too often

plus you have overcards and a gutshot draw

but this guy seems pretty loose passive though so as a general rule im not going to try to bluff him too much
