QQ stack off here?

villian is decent winning regular, 26/22 he views me as solid player definitely puts me on wide 3betting range here, given stack sizes and board texture its standart to stack off here? should i 3bet more to deny setvalue?
I have note that he will allways 4bet AA/KK.

does he make a mistake pf here? given that i am 3beting lightly fair amount of the time
