Does anybody know if the poker regulations in Spain will be enforced in the Canary Islands
as well?
I'm thinking about buying an apartment in Tenerife or Gran Canaria and moving there.
Just starting to do some research and found out that Poker is getting regulated in Spain
from 5th of June this year. Meaning Spanish based players will only be allowed to play in .es rooms.
This might not turn out to be a problem. Although I would prefer to be able to play anywhere.
Also, poker is tax free for the players in Spain and the Canary Islands and will remain so? |

Heavy tax gonna be on the poker rooms obviously. Tax free makes sense for the gamblers. |
