$1 PLO tp vs aggressive rock

I don't have a lot of history with villain. His stats are 17/12/5 with a 3Bet of 3 overall and 0 from the BB over 510 hands. His check-raise flop % is 29%.
I think I am ahead a decent amount on the turn. Q and K rivers are a little scary as he has a fair amount of KK/QQ+gs hands that he could be bluffing on the turn due to his tightness.
I'm interested to hear your thoughts on this hand.

seems to me he'd have to be fairly suicidal for this to be a call. Vs someone who religiously 3bets all high cards it could be a call but not vs this guy.

I did go ahead and fold the river. At the time it felt really close, because I don't think your average rock checkraises JJ 100% on the flop, though given his high checkraise percentage I think it's a safe assumption that he is checkraising JJ close to 100%.
I also did tank a bit on the turn, potentially inducing lighter shoves on the river. Q is just too bad of a card for us as his bluffing range goes down dramatically and it's also not so clear he is willing to bluff his stack in a spot like this.
