Lets see if I can guess these right, last event I got like 2 of the 11 right or something.

Miller > Diaz (Miller doesn't gas + continuously attacks + good BJJ + beat several guys who are push-forward fighters + can take a beating + fighting in home state/town)
Hendricks > Koscheck (Kos isn't improving his overall fight game, he just works on his power punches these days and isn't well rounded + he was gifted that last split decision win vs. Pierce. Hendricks is young and hungry)
Palhares > Belcher (I cant remember much about Belcher for some reason)
Johnson > Barry (Hoping for Barry to win, but Johson pushes forward and has better power in his hands and better overall boxing, Barry wont be able to throw kicks)
Ferguson > Johnson (Johnson is the 3rd replacement for Ferguson, plus, Johnson cant handle Fergs power and cant KO him. Ferg has decent wrestling too)
Dodson > Elliott (via Tasmanian devil style attacks)
Hathaway > Krauss
Lineker > Gaudinot
Castillo > Cholish (I'm surprised Castillo is so low on the Fuel TV card, should be 2nd or 3rd slot)
Bermudez > Garza (Bermudez gonna snap that twig)
Denis > Delorme
Vemola > Massenzio (chopping block for both I think, or at least Massenzio)

Nate Diaz and Jim Miller headlining a FOX card? It should be a fun card but that is a really pathetic main event considering they are trying to build their fan base on FOX.

you kinda answered your own question. they have put big names on fox cards and gotten disappointing fights. miller vs diaz should be a pretty fun fight that doesnt end early which is what they want

Diaz vs. Miller will be the most interesting fight on the main card. Barry/Johnson and PaulHarris/Belcher will end fast, while Koscheck/Hendricks will probably go to a decision once Kos tastes Hendricks power.

Dana said he'll be releasing 3 video blogs this week, 1 today, and 1 tomorrow, the other I dunno.

Ah shit, I got Cholish mixed up with Mitch Clarke, the guy he beat in his last fight.

I'll still take Castillo over Cholish, cuz I remember Mitch Clark's stand up being shitty and Cholish had a problem finishing a fight that should have been finished sooner. Castillo is a good wrestler and his striking his improving.

Cholish doesn't eat/sleep/drink training in the gym, basically he's not a full time dedicated fighter like the people he will be facing in the UFC. He still has a full time job, and said he wont leave the job after his win over Mitch Clarke 4 months ago.

Cholish is 5'11 tall, with reach a 74 inch reach. Castillo is 5'9 tall, with 71 inch reach. So that will come in handy.

----------

btw, I still have a UFC.tv subscription if any non-new LP members want to use it. It's a 3 month pass, which will exp in 10 days or so. The pass basically lets you watch all the non-main card UFC fights for free + some older main card fights. Good to use if you have no life, I haven't used it much.

PM me if you want the login info.

Whether or not he trained for leg locks, Paul Harris's leg locks are much different.

Paul Harris is going to put a ton of muscle behind everything he does, which is why he broke peoples limbs before. Your training partners aren't going to do this.

Training to fight against a boxer would seem much easier than training to fight against a guy who can snap your leg in various ways, and also has heavy hands, which most people are forgetting.

It's weird, but, I cant remember any Belcher fights, even though I know I've seen him fight before.

Also Palhares isn't just a leg locker like Iminari. His overall grappling game is sick. He steam rolls black belts on the ground in every area. His leg locks stand out, but he's a complete grapple on the floor, and even if you can avoid the leg lock you're still in deep shit on the ground.

He broke his hand in the first round against Jeremy Horn, an outstanding grappler. He still passed Jeremys guard like a hot knife through butter and completely humiliated him in the grappling department. Been saying for awhile now I think Palhares is the best MMA BJJ practitioner in MMA. Even better than people with outstanding credentials like Maia, Jacare etc.
