Villain is a LAG running at 43/30/2 with a 3Bet of 14 over 270 hands.
In my opinion he is a reg with some fundamental leaks such as being too loose and aggressive in certain spots.
I've seen him take hands with weak sd value to showdown, however, this may not be applicable to this specific spot as he might see my range as having a decent amount of showdown value against one pair type hands.
On the flop, I think I prefer a slightly bigger betsizing, even though the board is locked down, as not to induce when I'm oop with a marginal holding.
My plan was to call him down here given his loosness and my flop betsizing and perceived range, but I feel the river hits a lot of his floats.
What are your thoughts? Any input is apperciated.

I don't really see how he doesn't put you on a T a ton here. Unless he turns like J8 or 98 that somehow doesn't have a T into a bluff I think your beat here. I don't really get what your're doing pre flop either, your hand flops a ton of dominated stuff that will suck to play in a big pot oop.

Preflop my play is for balance. True, we are not a favourite against his range for raising my SB check, despite it being very wide, but I think it's tough to play passively oop in these spots. We have about 45-48% equity against his calling range, but generate more foldequity by reraising and we rarely get 4Bet here, because I don't think he will be adjusting well enough at this point.
Do you really think it's that bad? Would you never 3Bet this HU given the same stacksizes? I think this spot plays similar spot to a BTN open vs BB in HU.
Post do you agree with my line as long as hero folds the river or do you not like my turn play?
