Don't fold anywhere. Shoving is fine and probably best, you should still get plenty of one pair call downs even if he mostly folds. C/C is an interesting option cuz it looks like you're giving up on a semibluff and there's plenty of busted draws he could have. |

Jamony! Jam. Pairs that put you on a flushed draw and missed will hero call. |

I think you played it sneaky enough to where he will put you on one of the missed draws enough and look you up. Also you will get more free cards in the future if he calls and sees your hand, even if it beats you. Jam has to be the best play. |

If I'm villain I'm soulreading you and folding everything that tens beat but in all seriousness just betting top pair and calling down with it is perfectly common and isn't even necessarily bad. |

well not really but i think in this spot nobody can really rep much bluffs on the turn, are you saying you would still go c/c turn and c/r river if the river doesnt complete too much draws ? |

I honestly dont agree with your flop call but to stay consistent with your own thought process I much prefer another flat yes. |

I don't see why you can't have like AJss or KQ/KJhh that just flat pre to induce the fish to squeeze and now you decide to semi bluff flop by c/r, or by taking this line of c/c then c/r (which I'd definitely take often with my semi bluffs and value hands). River just becomes a shove after raising turn no matter what card falls (though this one specific particular card an offsuit 9 in this spot may be the exception to this rule since it completes almost everything making this spot exceedingly strange). In general, it doesn't make much sense to use this c/c then c/r strategy if you aren't shipping just about every river.
Also agree w/ evilsky that your thought process doesn't appear congruent. |
