Full Tilt Poker will be hosting its very own Full Tilt Online Poker Series once again this February, the fifteenth edition already.
This first FTOPS in 2010 will kick off on February 10th, with 27 events scheduled, with a total guaranteed prizepool of $17,000,000 . Again we will see a wide variety of buy-ins and games including No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Razz, H.O.R.S.E., 7-Game and Seven-Card Stud events.
The event ends with the $500+$35 buy-in Main Event, of course in No-Limit Hold'em and it boasts a $2,500,000 guaranteed prize pool. In the last series, the FTOPS XIV, the Main Event had 5,471 players contending. All wanted the first prize, and it was "zhivago2" who claimed it in the end. After a 3-way chop he received $418,000.
Exactly one month after this FTOPS, so from March 10 to March 21, there will also be a MiniFTOPS. It has the same events, but with a buy-in that is 1/10th of the FTOPS-buy-ins. The guaranteed prizepool of the entire MiniFTOPS XV is 6 million dollar.
