Few people showed up yesterday for LP weekly tournaments. 9 players registered and started at the final table of the weekly tournament, 4 registered for the heads-up tourney, and 11 registered for the flipament.
planarVISION was the winner of the LP avatar lottery. He will receive $50 on PokerStars for using one of ours PokerStars' great avatars. I might remember you that starting next week we will have a new format for the avatar lottery. Check that up!
Liquidpoker Weekly Tournaments
The tournament started at the final table, as only 9 players registered for the tourney, so seats were like this:
Seat 1: Three7mtl (1500 in chips)
Seat 2: planarVISION (1500 in chips)
Seat 3: petor2k (1500 in chips)
Seat 4: Min9 (1500 in chips)
Seat 6: tehskies (1500 in chips)
Seat 7: Python817 (1500 in chips)
Seat 8: jimbob615 (1500 in chips)
Seat 9: iopecca (1500 in chips)
First elimination happened right at the second hand of the tourney. Both Feiticeira00 and Min99 went all-in preflop, but Feiticeira00's AK prevailed over Min9's QQ, and he was eliminated in 9th place. Three7mtl then eliminated 8th and 7th places, tehskies and petor2k respectively. Python817 was eliminated in 6th place when his Kings lost when iopecca's A3s became two pairs after the flop.
After these four eliminations, Feiticeira00 decided to change the tourney's name to "Feiticeira's Elimination game" and eliminated all who were alive in the following order: jimbob615, planarVISION, Three7mtl, and finally iopecca.
In the final hand of the tourney, Feiticeira00 raised, iopecca went all-in, Feiticeira00 calls. Iopecca shows   , Feiticeira shows   , and the flop is    . Turn and River   . No eight for iopecca and Feiticeira00 wins $45,00 for first place.
Heads-Up
iopecca was our HU champion for the week, after eliminating tehskies and Python817. He earned $18.00 after his Aces beat Python817's KT's in the final hand of the tourney!
Flipaments
DrunkenSeoul and geometryb flipped their way up into 4th and 3rd place respectively for $16,50. Our avatar lottery winner planarVISION finished 2nd for $27.50 and the lucky man of the week was 11001010ca, who finished first and earned $49,50!
Ladder Season
After a lot of weekly tournaments, we came to the end of the LP ladder season and the start of a new one. Here are the final results of the current season.
