 PokerStars’ prestigious Sunday Million tournament will celebrate its 14th anniversary on March 22, 2020 at 13:00 ET with $12.5 million guaranteed , marking the biggest guarantee and prize pool for a single event on PokerStars ever.
The event will have a $215 buy-in, and players can win their way to the iconic anniversary tournament for much less via satellites starting at less than $1. There will also be a late-registration period of 24 hours, giving players extra time to sign up.
The Sunday Million tournament launched on March 6, 2006 and remains the world’s biggest $1 million guaranteed weekly poker tournament. The first tournament attracted 5,893 players, a total prize pool of $1,178,600, and was won by ‘aaaaaaaa’ from Canada for $173,843.50.

Although the Sunday Million kicks off at 13:00 ET on March 22, the anniversary tournament will be a multi-day event with a late-registration period of 24 hours. So, even if you are unable to make it on March 22, you can still enter via late registration up until the start of Day 2.
