<img src="http://www.liquidpoker.net/staff/Raidern/premierleague.jpg" align="right" style="margin:5px; border:1px solid black;">The PartyPoker Premier League added Patrik Antonius to its already stellar lineup. Antonius will join the likes of Tony G, Luke "FullFlush" Schwartz, Vanessa Selbst and Sam Trickett
for the $125,000 Premier League Main Event. The 16-man tournament has a prize pool of over $2 million and will run from April 4-10 in Vienna. The Premiere League will be a part of the WPT Vienna stop. Besides the 1st place prize, the winner will walk away with an entry to the $25,000 WPT World Championship to be held on May 19 at the Bellagio.
The 16 players will be split up into two tables of eight. Each player in the group must play 4 matches and will be rewarded with $2,000 for every point they win. The top 3 in each group will go straight to the finals, leaving the fourth and fifth placed players to face each other in best-of-three heads-up games for the final spots in the eight handed final table.
Regular and casual players can also play the Premier League. PartyPoker is running six weekly satellites (the first one took place on Feb 12) plus daily qualifiers and freerolls. Each Sunday sattelite offers a Premier League playoff package for every $13,000 in the prize pool. All the participants in the playoff will compete for two $125,000 entries into the Premier League Main Event. You can get more information on PartyPoker's website
If you don't play on PartyPoker yet, create your account and use the bonus code 'LIQUID500' to enjoy a first-deposit bonus of up to $500.
