Since I get so many times the same questions I decided to open up 1 central topic. Please read the FAQ and replies below before asking questions, your question is probably already answered.

FAQ:

I opened an account on liquidpoker and didn't receive my money

I followed all the instructions but don't have my money yet?
We are validating every sign up very carefully and then have to send you the money manually. This takes some time, usually less than 48 hours.


Where do I send the copy of my passport?

I already have a partypoker account, can I enter?
This is only possible if you have never played with real money on partypoker, also you will have to create a new account using our instructions.


Did you receive my signup?
If you received a private message confirming your application we have received your signup.


I did not receive a private message after I signed up for the promotion
Sometimes it happends that we don't receive your signup properly. If this happends you will need to fill in the forms again here: http://www.liquidpoker.net/partypoker/ . You won't have to create another partypoker account.

I have been waiting at least 49 hours now, is something wrong?
Check your private message box to see if you have received an error. If isn't the case you might want to consider posting in this topic. Most likely everything will be fine but it can't hurt to ask.

Your Bot always says that my account got error.!
He send this twice.in the first time i made all the steps again , and after that he send me the same message!
he said my account user name is incorect but i check this twice and it's all ok!!
my username at party poker is like on your site: tolibilboli
and thats the name i gave in the steps for the Party Poker free 50$.

weird, however I cant find your signup now, can you resubmit it ?
Note that your accountname is case sensitive

i still have a problem with your accountname, it's really strange. I know you entered it fine, but somehow i get an error when i send it to you. I'm mailing partypoker about this.
