I Thought the qualifier obviously made it pretty clear i was being sarcastic with that statement. I do not advocate genocide of any kind. If there is this little tolerance for a bad joke maybe you shouldn't be using the word "retard" as it is widely regarded as derogatory. Mentally challenged would be the proper way to refer to people with said disability.
