I think you're best off reraising the flop instead of jamming your stack in if you are not comfortable flatting, you might as well turn your cards over at this point to the 300bb stack which is a pretty bad spot imo... a flat is ok or just click it back again and jam any turn, its much more ev+

Personally at these stakes I would just flat the 3 bet on the flop for sure, especially with position.. at other stakes it depends on some things

ps I really like your original flop bet size
