Does Spain call range contain KQ here vs your EP raise or does he trap with KK from time to time? if yes,then fold.
Does Spain always 3bet QQ vs EP raises? if yes then call if above was no.
Is Spain capable of bluffes on the river? if yes then call always.
On balance i say i fold most of the time,since AQ would probably raise the turn and i beat nothing except a bluff and AQ here.

if his range is AQ or better this is a very easy call ;-0
