I just don't get these spots. He's 13/10 3.3af and a break even player. I have a bunch of hands on him but I don't think I really know how he plays. It just doesn't seem like he'd be making such a small turn raise like that w/ a draw.. so I'm inclined to think I'm either beat here or he's bluffing. Seems unlikely for him to bluff here since he knows me as very Tag so I felt like I had to pitch it. How do you play this spot vs basically an unknown breakeven reg?

ur turning ur hand into a bluff by playing it this way...... experiment with checking even if it doesnt make sense
if he is a straight forward player os station fish its 8/9 flop 20/23 turn for me because you can just fold to a re raise and obv charge all the hands you beat that call (aka the world)
if he is more tricky and/or monkey aggro then you can check here but you lose a lot of value vs most of the players you will encounter at these limits
