Posts 5780 betting turn gets you value from draws and some pairs and i like it better also because by check/calling turn, you make it too easy for opponents to assume that you don't have an ace and get them to try to push you off on the river. after betting turn though, i mostly check/fold, sometimes check(or minbet)/snapcall depending on reads. also, if villain is a slowplaying type then i never call this river bet.
