Kidding me?
Worst play ever!
This guy is only playing 8% of his hands and he raises 5% of them!
The only hands in his range are:
AA, AK, AQ and possibly a bluff with KK or QQ. You need to push all in here to get called down by AQ a fair amount of the time!
AA he almost never has, due to the fact that there are already 2 aces out.

Further, you should always reraise this hand against him PF!
