Thinking about your possible range there is no way he can call this other than the fact that he comitted himself with his flop bet....he isn't even favored if you have a hand like AQdd here. I think you played this well by repping a range like FD + 2overs/sets/JJ+, and even if he has some kind of hand here you can expect to have 6 outs often (since he is calling with any hand he led with most of the time here).

I feel like it's definitely a good spot to get a fold, and I knew he was loose and felt it was very possible he had a weak holding here. Sadly I didn't realize he was so willing to go all in with such a weak holding. =
