personally this would be a hand that I push, unless the villain is really tight
he has $350 left, so you have some fe, altough not much I guess
when pushed and called you still got approximately 475: 700 pot odds, which is pretty good with nut flush draw, inside straight draw and overcard (which I know is a questionable, but can be counted for one extra out imo)
