i think this flat on the flop should set off alarm bells. i don't see AQ betting the turn like this too often. unless you think this guy really overvalues 1-pair, you should try to get the turn checked through and extract some value on the river. if he doesn't check behind turn, make a decision about what he wants you to do and go with your read.

basically when he bets the turn, you are deciding whether he has AQ/AJ and thinks you have QQ-KK, or whether he has a set/weird 2pair and doesn't care that you have AQ+. not an easy spot, but go with your gut on this one. if you feel bad about it at all, you most likely are not up against AQ.
